Beyond display, interaction, search, description and presentation are the building blocks of a digital catalog that leaves your customers in awe. The goal, however, isn’t just to impress: it’s just as crucial to design systems that anyone can navigate, on any device.

A website that is beautiful and accessible, visually appealing yet able to reach a broad and diverse audience, is far from a utopia. In fact, aesthetics and accessibility are the foundation of a memorable user experience, no matter how people interact with the site. The result is a larger potential audience, a stronger digital image and greater customer loyalty.

That is the cost of internationalization, also called i18n, and it is why websites should be designed to be multilingual from the start. Only then can your site deliver a natural experience to billions of users worldwide.

Multichannel is the natural evolution of single-channel and for years it was the benchmark in marketing and communication. A multichannel strategy means being present on several channels with targeted campaigns, each managed independently of the others.
This lets you reach a wide audience, but it does not make multichannel a strategy without drawbacks. On the contrary, companies are investing more and more in omnichannel, having realized that multichannel is now an outdated approach.

Why multichannel is a strategy to leave behind

<div>Implementing an omnichannel strategy is now essential for any company. In fact, adopting it too late, or ignoring the omnichannel approach altogether, can have serious consequences for your business. <div>As we said a few weeks ago, here at Cantiere Creativo we're convinced that technology alone is almost never enough. Without clear ideas, an action plan everyone shares and a long-term vision, no technology can bring significant benefits to either people or business.</div>

Core principles for a digital strategy that works

Over the years, our clients’ needs have become more diverse, and it is increasingly complex to understand their real needs and, above all, their short- and medium-term goals.
Most of our clients and prospects ask us to build new websites or rebuild existing web infrastructure, but we almost never get thorough answers when we ask about the real goals behind their technical wish list.
The common denominator is a missing or unclear digital strategy.

Digital Strategy Matters More Than Any Technology

In recent years, the world of Content Management Systems (CMS) has been changing. Slowly, yes, but relentlessly. Traditional solutions such as WordPress or Joomla still dominate the market and remain the go-to choice for agencies and companies that need sites that are easy to manage and update. Yet user needs are changing, and so is the way people consume content, which is no longer limited to a web page or a native app.
