The project
Cantiere Creativo took part in the Regione Toscana call for funding of corporate welfare plans for work-life balance, promoted under the FSE+ 2021-2027 Regional Programme.
The initiative stems from our commitment to invest concretely in the well-being of the people who work with us, recognizing that the quality of our team members' professional and personal lives is a strategic factor in the company's sustainable growth.
Goals and outcomes
The project involves implementing a work-life balance welfare system for employees, with the aim of:
- fostering a better balance between personal time and working time
- supporting parenthood and family care
- promoting organizational and individual well-being
- strengthening the team's sense of belonging and motivation
- contributing to gender equality and equal opportunities within the company
Through these measures, Cantiere Creativo aims to give its team concrete tools to better manage their personal and family needs, with a view to mutual growth for the company and its people.
