The project
Cantiere Creativo has joined the Regione Toscana call for funding corporate welfare plans for work-life balance, promoted under the ESF+ 2021-2027 Regional Programme.
The initiative stems from our commitment to invest concretely in the well-being of the people who work with us, recognizing that the quality of our team members' professional and personal lives is a strategic factor in the company's sustainable growth.
Goals and outcomes
The project involves implementing a work-life balance welfare system for employees, with the goal of:
