An agile approach and MVP development let us turn the concept of a classic booking site on its head, transforming it into a crowdfunding system. Just one week of development and a working prototype were enough for us to propose a sharp change in strategy to the client, because the idea as originally conceived couldn't work. We minimized waste, maximized potential and built a successful startup!
