Develer
Develer is a tech company that believes in technology as a way to improve people's well-being. Whether it's innovating an industrial machine, building a medical device or an electric skateboard, Develer works to make it efficient, simple and safe for the people who use it.
The rebranding
We worked closely with the Develer team to develop a brand that would capture the company's most intangible qualities: essentially, its "soul". We wanted to convey the passion, synergy, experience and love of technology that make Develer much more than a tech company.
The logo idea was born to graphically represent this thread, invisible to the eye yet strong and structured, that connects the people and passions of everyone who works at the company. A sturdy, vibrant rope that carries ideas and knowledge, and offers Develer's clients an effective way to reach their goals.
The challenge was to create a strong, modern logo that still connected with the original brand, created more than 20 years ago.
So we "kept" certain visual traits while slightly adjusting the color palette, from orange and blue to yellow and turquoise. The biggest element to solve was the stripe above the wordmark: we worked to keep it recognizable while turning it into an organic part of the brand instead of a disconnected element.
The result is a modern, friendly logo that represents Develer's soul and, above all, conveys quality, technology and synergy between the team and its clients.
Visual identity
Building on the idea of a common thread, we developed a visual identity made of many colored stripes that connect to one another, creating a lively, friendly composition.
