We prefer asynchronous communication because it gives everyone maximum visibility and participation and ensures maximum concentration in work and more freedom in response times to customers.

Basecamp: Our Virtual Office

We refrain from using the telephone and email in our daily work with the team, limiting these channels to official and administrative communication. The tool par excellence, tried and tested over a long period, is Basecamp, which allows us to communicate asynchronously with customers and our employees.

Basecamp also allows us to archive the necessary project documentation and provide up-to-date progress reports that the customer can monitor in total transparency. We can also accommodate support requests or schedule retrospective calls to see the quality of the work done so far.

The benefits of asynchronous communication

Asynchronous communication has numerous advantages for the team and the organization regarding well-being, costs, and working time.

Goodbye, 8-hours-in-calls days!

Choosing Basecamp, Figma, and Google Workspace allows you to optimize your working time.

Organizing calls for document revisions or material production is unnecessary once sprints and individual tasks have been well-defined.

Calls are limited to start and end-of-month schedules and creative sessions.

A 100% transparent method

Every conversation with customers and colleagues is fully tracked. This allows you to monitor work progress on each project without creating confusion. Furthermore, the team will take less time to align in case of holidays or leave.

Farewell to the company telephone

Basecamp, in addition to the project management boards (Kanban, task list, Gaussian), allows team members to chat one-on-one or in groups thanks to the ping and campfire function. For this reason, we don't use e-mails, real-time chats like Whatsapp, and phone calls.
