React / Next.js
For front-end development of web products, we favor React, specifically the Next.js or Remix frameworks.

Why Next.js?
Next.js is used by some of the world's largest companies. It lets you build full-stack web, mobile and desktop applications, progressive web apps and MVPs, extending the latest React features and integrating powerful Rust-based JavaScript tooling to get to production fast.
How we work
We use Git to share code, and you'll always have the main version in a repository you own. We will always keep a copy of the code we produce, hosting a repository internally on our GitLab SaaS account.
We build front-end applications with React and Next.JS; for native apps we generally use React Native or the Ionic suite. For styling, we use Tailwind CSS and the BEM naming convention.
When back-end development or custom applications are needed, we use the Ruby and Elixir ecosystems. All code is developed with test suites.
For styling, we rely mainly on the Tailwind CSS framework, using BEM as the naming convention for customizations.
